HOW TO · REPORTS

Your kilometres, ready to hand over.

A spreadsheet for your accountant. A readable report for your employer. Or a copy for your own files. Monthly CSV and PDF exports are included in the free version.

Export a monthly report.

CSV works well in spreadsheets; PDF is useful when you want a report someone can read without changing it.

  1. Open Reports and choose the month

Select the month you need. If there are no trips, choose another month or check your recorded history.

  2. Review outstanding trips

Use the review option to confirm purposes and check vehicle assignments before sharing.

  3. Choose Export CSV or Export PDF

Check the selected period and whether you want business-only or all trips. Free reports use the included columns.

  4. Create, save or share the report

Use the export action, then choose a destination in the share sheet. Save a copy with your records or send it to the person who needs it.

Need a different period or set of columns?

Klicksy Pro adds custom report dates and selectable columns. Choose the date range and fields that fit the request, then check the summary before creating the file.

Read the allowance estimate in context.

The estimated mileage value uses CRA automobile allowance rates for recorded business kilometres. It is not a self-employed expense deduction or an estimate of tax saved. Use the mileage with receipts and other supporting records.

A report and a backup are different.

A report gives you a readable or spreadsheet record of mileage. A full backup preserves the app data for restoring Klicksy. Keep reports for your records and make a backup before deleting the app or changing devices.
