Privacy and the basics are part of both plans. The difference is how much you drive, how many vehicles you use and how you want to prepare reports.

More driving, fewer limits.
The free allowance resets each calendar month. Once it is used, further automatic recording requires Pro or the next month’s allowance. Existing records remain available, and you can still add trips manually. Pro removes the automatic-trip limit.
Keep every vehicle in the picture.
Add another active vehicle with Pro, then assign trips and odometer readings to the right one. Saved destinations can suggest a vehicle, but you can always change the assignment.
Spend less time on familiar trips.
Pro can automatically approve a trip purpose when it matches a saved destination, business hours or previously reviewed driving. You can still review and change the result. Check your log regularly, especially when your routine changes.
Prepare the report your work needs.
The free version covers monthly CSV and PDF exports. Pro lets you choose a custom date range and select columns, so you can prepare a report for a particular period or request.
Your subscription stays in your hands.
Pro is offered through the App Store. Review the price, renewal period and terms in the purchase screen. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account; Restore Purchases checks for an existing subscription.

What can I do with the free version?
Record up to 50 automatic trips each calendar month, add trips manually, use one active vehicle, save frequent destinations, and export monthly CSV and PDF reports. Klicksy Pro adds unlimited automatic trips, multiple active vehicles, custom report dates, selectable report columns and automatic approval of matching trip purposes.
Can Klicksy see my trips or location history?
Your trip history, routes and saved destinations stay on your device. Klicksy does not upload them to its own servers, and we cannot access them. Apple Maps may process map searches and route requests, and any backup or report you share goes to the destination you choose.

Open Settings, choose Vehicles and tap the plus button. Your first active vehicle is included for free; additional active vehicles require Klicksy Pro. Give each vehicle its own details and check which vehicle is assigned to each trip.
