Give your work trips some context.
Record drives automatically, then add the details that make them useful: the client, the job, or why you made the trip. You can create your own purposes, such as Site visit or Client meeting, and decide whether each is business or personal.
Keep vehicle records separate.
If you switch between a car and a work truck, assign each drive to the right vehicle. Klicksy Pro lets you keep multiple active vehicles, along with their odometer readings. Always check the assignment when you switch vehicles.
Give your accountant a useful starting point.
Export your reviewed mileage and keep it with the receipts and other records your accountant needs. The app’s allowance estimate is a reference figure, not a calculation of your self-employed tax deduction.

Does Klicksy help with CRA mileage records?
It helps you keep and export a driving history. You still need to review trip purposes, record actual odometer readings and keep expense receipts. Klicksy is not endorsed by the CRA and does not determine which expenses you can claim.

Open Settings, choose Vehicles and tap the plus button. Your first active vehicle is included for free; additional active vehicles require Klicksy Pro. Give each vehicle its own details and check which vehicle is assigned to each trip.

Deleting Klicksy removes its local data. Create a full backup and save it outside the app before deleting it or moving to another device. After reinstalling, use Restore Backup to import the file. We cannot recover your trip history from a Klicksy server.
