See the drives between the rides.
An earnings statement is useful, but it does not tell the whole story of how you used your vehicle. Keep the drives between bookings alongside the rides themselves, then confirm the purpose of each trip.
Klicksy tracks your driving independently of your rideshare platform. It does not connect to your Uber account or import fares.
Give repeated stops a familiar name.
Save places you visit often and choose a default purpose where appropriate. Check the suggested classifications before approving them, particularly when work and personal stops are close together.
Wrap up the month with a useful report.
Review trips needing attention in Reports, then export a CSV for a spreadsheet or a PDF to read and share. If you record more than 50 automatic trips a month, Pro removes that limit.
Common questions
Can I track both business and personal trips?
Yes. Keep both in your history and assign a purpose to each trip. This gives you a fuller picture of vehicle use, while reports let you focus on business driving when needed.
Can I correct a trip or add one I missed?
Yes. You can review and edit trip details, change the purpose or vehicle, and add a trip manually. Automatic tracking depends on your permissions, device settings and available storage, so it is worth checking your log regularly.
Is the CRA kilometre rate my self-employed tax deduction?
No. The prescribed per-kilometre rates concern employee vehicle allowances. Self-employed vehicle expense claims generally use the eligible business share of actual vehicle costs. An allowance estimate in the app is not your calculated tax saving.
